- Customer are asked to inspect goods before signing for them, and to refuse delivery if there are obvious signs of damage. If you are unable to do this any damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of goods, as this enables us to make a claim against the couriers. Any transit damages not reported within 24 hours after receipt of goods will not be replaced.
